WHY

We seek to expand the range of truth that can be shared in love. We do this to enable richer insight followed by richer, unmediated human connection.

We believe that extremely valuable information and insight lives in each of us and often dies with us. LLMs are uniquely capable technology that, built with a pro-human ethos, can help us share what we otherwise wouldn’t while also providing guardrails to prevent what genuinely shouldn’t be shared from getting through.

We believe that doing this with an aligned business model will prevent the devolution into toxic chaos that characterizes big tech today.

We build on old convictions that have been abandoned by the transhumanist, materialist, reductionist, and naive captains of Silicon Valley:

• AI is to Human Intelligence as a Map is to the Land it depicts.
• Real relationships are irreducibly embodied.
• Technology can expand what is possible. Only human beings can discern what is good.
• Aligned incentives are necessary but not sufficient to prevent corruption.

We believe that these principles will allow our digital tool to bear incarnate fruit: richer interpersonal relationships, fewer blind spots, and greater wisdom.
